- Sign up for the email newsletter for a 10% off discount on your order.
- Pick a smaller size. Mini and Petite Gardens start at $30, well below the Original, Deluxe and Premium tiers, if budget matters more than size.
- Ask about corporate gifting. The site lists custom logo gifts and large/corporate orders as a separate category — worth checking for volume options if you’re buying for a team or event.
Shipping and returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, with no guaranteed delivery date. Lula’s Garden ships nationwide except to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. In cold-weather regions below 40°F, heat packs are available, shipped at the customer’s own risk. Because these are made-to-order, perishable gardens, all sales are final except for damage or substandard condition on arrival — inspect your delivery immediately and, if there’s an issue, email a photo to [email protected] within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Alternatives to Lula’s Garden
- The Sill: another succulent and houseplant gifting brand, with a broader ongoing-care plant catalog beyond gift boxes.
- UrbanStems: a flower-focused gifting brand built around traditional cut-flower bouquets rather than succulents.
- Léon & George: indoor plants with a design and styling focus, less centered on occasion-based gift boxes.
