Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days; expedited options are also offered. Nearly Natural ships only to the 48 contiguous US states — no international shipping and no P.O. boxes — and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (holiday, Halloween, Fall and Christmas items: 30 days or before December 25, whichever comes first). There’s no restocking fee, but you pay return shipping yourself unless you bought the optional return protection, which makes return shipping free. Items must come back in original condition and, where possible, original packaging. Final Sale/Clearance items, gift cards and personalized or customized products can’t be returned. Approved refunds post within 7–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
